Indian Head Massage is a massage applied to the head, neck, shoulders and face. Its very relaxing. The pressure applied can be light, medium or firm as you wish. I can use palm oil for a smoother massage so wear older clothes or a t-shirt. It contains a high level of Vitamin E so its an effective moisturiser as well. A massage lasts 40-45 minutes.
